Our Story:
Co-founders Matthew, Elizabeth, & Birgit established Radically Simple Court to solve a serious problem: Court cases in many States have become TOO SLOW, TOO COMPLEX, & TOO EXPENSIVE for most business owners, consumers, & ordinary citizens. How? By gutting 90% of the archaic & needlessly complex Evidence Rules and dispensing with the cumbersome Rules of Civil Procedure.
